* Cancellations made within 7 days of the event or service: Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued. However, we are happy to reschedule your appointment for another date, based on availability.
* No-shows or late arrivals: If you do not attend your scheduled appointment or event, or if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will forfeit the full amount paid.
